Payment terms, deposits, time frames and delivery methods are set out within the service proposal and contribute to these Terms and Conditions.

The Photographer reserves the right to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund of the deposit to the Client.

Late payments may incur additional charges.

The Photographer retains copyright over all images produced unless otherwise agreed.

The Photographer reserves the right to use the images for promotional purposes, portfolio, social and other related business activities.

The Photographer's liability for any claim, breach, or damage by the Client is limited to the return of payments received for the Services.

The Photographer is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information and not to disclose it to any third party without the written consent of the other party.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time, with the revised version to be effective immediately upon being posted on the Photographer's website or directly communicated to the Client.

By securing a booking with Emily Victoria West, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
